Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (45g) quick or rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) any vegan milk (oat, soy, almond, etc.)
- 1/4 cup (45g) fresh fruit (frozen blueberries, chopped apple, raisins)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional // brown sugar, maple syrup, etc.)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar.
- Cover and leave in the fridge overnight. It’s ready to eat when you get up the next morning!
