Ingredients

  • 45 grams (1/2 cup) porridge oats
  • 120 milliliters (1/2 cup) any vegan milk (oat, soy, almond, etc.) (oat, soy, almond, etc.)
  • 45 grams (1/4 cup) fresh fruit (frozen blueberries, chopped apple, raisins) (frozen blueberries, chopped apple, raisins)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar.
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight. It’s ready to eat when you get up the next morning!
