Quick Burritos

Tastes as good as it looks—creamy, crunchy, juicy, and leafy!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of vegan tortilla wraps
  • 1 tin of pinto beans or black beans
  • 1 jar of salsa
  • Vegan cheese, avocado, chopped green onions, tortilla chips, unsweetened soy or coconut yogurt, fresh lime juice/wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread beans on each tortilla.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Top with salsa and the optional toppings.
