There’s nothing like peanut sauce to add an instant Asian twist to everything from grilled tofu to sticky rice, and roasted veggies to stir fries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (115 g) peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder (or 1 tbsp fresh chopped ginger)
- 2-4 tablespoons warm water (start with 2 and add more for a thinner consistency)
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients and pour over cooked rice or pasta.
- Add steamed vegetables or a side salad and have a filling, protein-rich meal.
