Ingredients
- 1 large or extra large flour tortilla
- 60 grams of hummus
- 1 cup (126g) shredded or chopped vegetables
- 1 ripe avocado
- vegan deli slices (optional)
Instructions
- Lay the tortilla out on the counter or a plate. Spread it with a thick layer of hummus.
- Top with the vegetables, avocado, and deli slices if using.
- Roll up and eat like a burrito.

Tip: Many supermarkets have pre-made, vegan salad mixes (like Salad Servers) that can make a convenient wrap filling.
