Ingredients
- 1 package of vegan tortilla wraps
- 1 tin of pinto beans or black beans
- 1 jar of salsa
- Vegan cheese, avocado, chopped green onions, tortilla chips, unsweetened soy or coconut yogurt, fresh lime juice/wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Spread beans on each tortilla.
- Microwave for 30 seconds.
- Top with salsa and the optional toppings.
